Saucony releases 2 TCS NYC Marathon Shoes
The TCS New York City Marathon is the largest marathon in the world. Last year, over 50,000 runners finished with an average time of about 4 hours and 13 minutes. Pretty amazing for a race that large.
As I mentioned in my Chicago Marathon Kinvara post, I think it’s really cool when shoe companies create unique shoe versions for these large races. Saucony has created special NYC Marathon shoes for Triumph ISO 2 and the Kinvara 6. One thing to note is that the sole of each of these shoes has an apple for the big apple reference. The Kinvara 6 are granny smith colored and the Triumph ISO 2 are red delicious. Kind of cool references if you ask me.
Saucony Triumph ISO 2 NYC Running Shoe
I am really excited to try the ISO 2 as I really love running in the first Triumph ISO shoe. The shoe is great for training runs, speed work, and even racing. I will give more information about the Saucony Kinvara NYC model below the ISO 2 shoe details.
